I swear it was just February! WTF happened to 2021?!

Last I knew I was in Alaska, then suddenly I was back in California and taking in a puppy I found wandering my Mom's neighborhood.

Suddenly the puppy is a full grown psycho demon, my cargo trailer to camper conversion project is almost done (it gets stupid hot here in California's central San Joaquin valley and that really slowed the progress over the summer,) and...drum roll, you might want to sit down for this because you are not going to believe it...so is the Do-Over Pact.

Almost done, that is. And I mean, really super close to done.

Books 1 and 2 are already out if you missed them.

Books 3, 4 & 5 will be dropping in September.

This year has gotten away from me, I'm afraid. Too many things happening all at once and not enough attention span to keep up with everything.

The big Nomad Day is circled on the calendar for late September.

I'm eager to get started on my life as an official nomad-- no more home base to rely on! (Although Mom says I'm always welcome.)

The puppy is turning out to be quite a hand full and reminding me daily of all the reasons I vowed I was going to adopt older dogs and skip this puppy step. Then he does something adorable and I forgive him-- until he chews up another good pair of shoes I love and then we're sworn enemies again.

It's been a year of ups and downs in the personal relationships department-- what else is new, right?

Between building the trailer out and keeping the puppy from destroying everything I own, I haven't gotten out on many adventures since I got back from Alaska.

I'm getting kinda stir crazy and I don't have a lot of photos to share (you may have noticed the social media hasn't been getting updated much either.)

I'll try to do better here soon. Promise--ish.
