Awake and Aware Schedule and Other Tidbits

Apr 29, 2024 5:55 am

We look forward to seeing you all in just a few days at Awake and Aware!

Below are some essential logistical details and recommended dining options.

Please don't hesitate to reach out with any questions (which you can do by replying to this email).

The Venue

Aspen Hall 18920 NW Shevlin Park Rd, Bend, OR 97703

As you approach Aspen Hall, you'll go down a steep, windy hill.

When you reach the bottom of the hill, there are parking lots on both sides of the road.

Use the lot on the right so you don't have to cross the street.

We'll have an 'event in progress' sign at the parking lot entrance.

The Schedule

Awake Aware 2024 Schedule

Weather

Evenings are expected to be in the 30s and days in the 50s-60s (Fahrenheit).

We recommend bringing a light down coat or sweater.

We've got you covered for dinner on May 1 and lunch on May 2, 3

We'll be serving lunch on days 2 and 3 with catering from two of our favorite local spots.

Night one's after-party and dinner will be at 6:00 pm at Dump City Dumplings. 1244 NW Galveston Ave, Bend, OR 97703

We've rented out the whole place and crafted a delicious menu.

If anyone is traveling with a plus one and would like to have them accompany you to the Dump City afterparty, please let us know. We have room for 6 plus ones.
