So most of my day consists of things like this:

On the writing side, I try to find writing time when the kids nap or go to bed. Sometimes I'm able to write during their screen time (though I try to limit that throughout the day). After I pick up my son from school, we play at the park for an hour, and then come home and watch TV. That's when I bust open the laptop and get to work!
Usually I write 2,000 words a day, which, on a good day, can take me about 30-60 minutes. I could probably write more, but I don't want to burn out, and on my sluggish days, that word count is really hard to crank out.
My timeline gets me finishing a novel every two months. Then another two months of revisions and editing. Then maybe another month for formatting, making last-minute changes the editor suggests, and finishing touches before it's ready for publication.
On top of that, I also do other writing-related tasks on a daily basis: ad management, marketing, social media posts and engagement, newsletter emails (woooo! shout-out to you all lovely subscribers 😊), beta reading for other authors, and book cover design (yes, I'm trying to design my own covers. I'm either really frugal or really stupid 😂).
Update: I just heard from my audiobook narrator, and she's all finished recording! Woohoo!!! *insert happy dance* She just needs to finish editing and then submitting it to ACX, and then it's done! I will definitely let you know when the audiobook goes live. So exciting! 😁
