Thank you @affinhwangam, @arusacademy and PIDM for including me in your International Women's Day features ??? My wish is, this time next year, we have passed the Sexual Harassment Bill, have 50% women as company board members (currently 13.8%) and Parliament (currently 10%) and have better support for working parents, including longer maternity and paternity leaves. Realistically, and sorry to be a downer, I'm not optimistic those things will happen. Not with the pandemic worsening gender equality. So what are we celebrating, exactly? Still, the fight goes on. I hope the quotes I gave above will help you find the time you need for your personal and professional growth, however you define it. It helped me, but I am also a privileged brat who had it easier. If you find it hard, you must remember that you must, because lack of time ultimately means lack of freedom and security for you and your loved ones. I wish you the best. Take care and much ❤️

2-month update: kailan plants are growing well! ??? Quite a while more before can harvest :) Will be a long but satisfying process - not only I grew them from seeds, I also spent a month to prep and fertilise the soil, using kitchen scraps broken down with bokashi bin method!
