After our March meet-up, I heard from several of you that you are preparing for gallery shows or exhibitions in the coming year. As our fellow earthlings continue to get vaccinated, we slowly and safely return to enclosed spaces with pictures on the walls and wine in our glasses (or whatever beverage you choose.) We have a common goal to do work that we want to share with others. So what are you planning?

Or maybe you are printing your work - what challenges do you have? What paper are you choosing?

A couple of photographers have mentioned the pleasures of printing a personal book. What have you learned? What can you share?

Recently on a phone call to photographer Duane Michals - he explained to me that he loved the online social media platforms, "who needs a gallery with walls when I can put out a new idea every week."  If you have some images to share or photos of your books or process, send me 1024 pixels on the long side image file saved as a jpeg at 72 PPI save at high quality around 10.
