Talking Photography N'at a virtual meet up Tuesday 7:00 to 8:30 PM EST

We meet using Zoom Meeting https://us02web.zoom.us/j/84978587017

I am not sure if it's the vaccine talking or the spring birds outside my studio window but I am ready to get out and made pictures this week. For the past few live meetups, we have been talking photography n'at about personal projects and making things like prints and books n'stuff.

What have you made lately?

Someone last month suggested a print exchange if you didn't receive the list of people wanting to exchange prints drop me a message at rk@richardkelly.com. I sent out quite a few and received some great images as late as last week. Looking forward to growing this idea. Sort of like Instagram but slower! and much more meaningful.

This month I invited a recent Point Park graduate of the Photography BFA program. Camryn Drabenstadt, a photographer and designer you can see her work at www.camryndrabenstadt.com. During her studies, she produced a series of softcover books called the FIX featuring the photographic work of Point Park students. She will share some of the featured works as well as talk about her process and offer some suggestions for self-publishing your own books.

We will have time to look at a few other photographers' works as well as continue talking photography n'at about prints, books, and other ways to share our personal projects. Join us and invite a friend.

If you have some images to share or photos of your books or process, send me 1024 pixels on the long side image file saved as a jpeg at 72 PPI save at high quality around 10.

Please send them to rk@richardkelly.com using Google Drive or We Transfer https://wetransfer.com/. We are no longer accepting DropBox links.

The link in the email above, the talkingphotonat.link/zoom, my Linktree in the Instagram bio, and the website https://www.richardkelly.com/Experiences/Talking-Photography-N'at/1.

See you on Tuesday Evening.
