Hello!

Can you believe it's already June? Time sure seems to be flying, at least for me. I suppose part of that is my almost constant travel on the weekends for my convention appearances.

I'm home for the next two weekends, though, so I'm busy working on fulfilling my last Osnen Kickstarter campaign and getting some writing done. I'm still working on the second book of my new series, but while I was traveling last weekend, I had an idea for a good opening scene of a series continuation I've been mulling over. Exciting stuff!

Speaking of last weekend, I was in Missouri for a convention. My half brother lives there (same dad, different moms), and we were able to spend an entire day together. I've only met him twice in my life, but we keep in touch via Facebook. It was awesome to spend time getting to know him better. Here's a picture of us at my event:

I also had a fellow author come hang out for a bit on Sunday and we talked all things writing/publishing. Unfortunately, I didn't get a picture with him, but he's a cool guy. You can check out his prequel short story here.

This newsletter is short and sweet, and now I'm off to continue packing up books to ship out!

Below you'll find a promo for free books!

What I’m reading: I've started reading A Breaking of Realms by Jasmine Young. I'm enjoying it so far.

What I’m watching: I rewatched some of the John Wick movies while I was at my hotel last weekend. I always enjoy them. I also somewhat watched a movie called Under the Silver Lake and it was... weird and unhinged. I don't recommend that one, ha!

What are you reading/watching?

As always, a huge thank you for the support!

Richard
