Hello!
We're midway through February already. How is that even possible? It seems like Christmas was the other day.
Anyway, I'm excited to let you know that my newest book is live! Tomb of Oaths, book 15 of my Dragon Riders of Osnen series, is available on all retailers. I'll provide the link and cover below.
In this episode, Eldwin and Maren must seeks the aid of an enemy...
No spoilers in case you haven't read the other books yet.
I also just finished writing a short story for the next Mirstone anthology. If you aren't familiar with those, they are anthologies I organize and invite other authors I've met to contribute. There are 3 so far, with the 4th launching on Kickstarter in April sometime. It's always so fascinating to see how authors come up with wildly different stories for the same theme. The theme for this next one is Dragon Riders!
I've had an idea for a new series stirring in the back of my mind, and I'm going to start writing the first book soon.
Last weekend I was at ATL Comic Convention. It was my first time selling books at that show, and it was an odd one. Many of the vendors complained that people weren't really interested in buying anything. I made my costs back on the event, but I basically profited $30. Not ideal for a 3 day event. Some events go that way, though.
Next weekend I'll be at ConNooga in Chattanooga, TN. If you live in the area, you should come check it out. I'll be speaking on panels and selling books.
Below you'll find a free ebook promo, as well as an audiobooks on YouTube promo!
What I’m reading: I'll be starting The Sword of Kaigan by M.L. Wang soon.
What I’m watching: I rewatched Ready Player One. It's such a fun movie, but it strayed a LOT from the book. I understand the reasons why, but I always remind myself that books can never be 100% adapted to film for a myriad of reasons.
What are you reading/watching?
As always, a huge thank you for the support!
Richard
