Hello!
The summer heat is here, and I'm loving it! Up until recently, I've been walking every day for about an hour to burn off extra sugar (blasted diabetes!), but now I've started biking 5 miles on a trail near my house every other day. Once I get used to it, I'll do it daily. It definitely makes my thighs burn, ha!
Thank you to everyone who responded to my last newsletter with kind words regarding the loss of my dog. I appreciate you!
In other news, last week I accepted the Coordinator role at Con Nooga for the writer's track, so I'll be running that next year. I figured I'll do it for a year and see how it goes. The good news is I might have an awesome guest author announcement (one of two well-known people). Fingers crossed for me!
On the writing front, I finished writing the series continuation I mentioned. I've got to do some editing and get a cover, but I'll reveal the details of it soon!
This weekend I'm in Miami for Florida Supercon! If you're in the area or attending the event, come see me and a couple of my author friends at booth 1219!
It's a short newsletter this week. Have a great weekend!
Below you'll find 2 promos for free ebooks, the link to my current Kickstarter, and an opportunity to get an ARC copy from an author friend of mine!
What I’m reading: I'm still working my way through A Breaking of Realms by Jasmine Young. I haven't had much reading time, unfortunately!
What I’m watching: I have started Ink Master on Paramount+. I watched the first 10 seasons before it was originally cancelled, and now I've started working my way through the new seasons. I have 8 tattoos, and this show makes me want to get more, ha!
What are you reading/watching?
As always, a huge thank you for the support!
