Hello!
Spring is here! I hope the pollen isn't killing you. It's certainly affecting me. On my daily walks, it's been making my eyes and throat itch. I'll be glad once this part of spring is over, ha!
Last weekend I was in Richmond, Virginia for GalaxyCon. Overall, it was a good event, but my booth was placed down an aisle with very little foot traffic. It was due to a few different things that people didn't funnel through the area, but despite that, the event was still profitable. If I do that show again, it'll be as a corner booth only.
This weekend, I'm in Knoxville, Tennessee for the Knoxville Book Festival!
There are over 70 authors here, including James Dashner, the author of the Maze Runner series. If you're in the area, I hope you'll come check it out. The info for the event can be found here.
I've been busy traveling, so the progress on my current book has been slow. I'll be fully back at it after next weekend (I'll be in Chicago for C2E2), and I'll have more to update on that front then. Regardless, exploring this idea has been fun!
In other news, I promised a cover reveal for the deluxe hardcover of my Bound by Blood series. You can find it below, as well as the link to the prelaunch page for the Kickstarter.
So far, in person events have been going fantastic. I've added some new ones to my slate that I've not done previously, and they've been great ones. I've got several more throughout the rest of this year, so if you haven't checked it out, see my appearances here. Maybe I'll be near you sometime soon!
Below you'll find a cover reveal and a promo.
What I’m reading: I've still not had much time for reading, sadly.
What I’m watching: I haven't watched anything new, either. I'm boring, I know. Ha!
What are you reading/watching?
As always, a huge thank you for the support!
Richard
KICKSTARTER
Look at this design! Isn't is epic? It was designed by the amazing Liz Delton, who is also an author. She also designed the sprayed edge design. This campaign will be launching May 6!
