Hello
Well after putting it off for as long as I could, here it is. The ARC copies of Origins, the first book of the Undercity Heroes series. (click on the cover to be sent to the download page).
For anyone who has missed my previous emails, let me go through it quickly.
- What is an ARC:
It stands for Advanced Reader Copy. They're copies of the book given to people before release day. The point of them is so there are helpful reviews at the launch, so people can decide whether they want to buy.
- Ok sounds good. So what do I have to do?
If you want to, then pick up your copy from the download link above, read it, and leave an honest review on Amazon or Goodreads. That's it.
- What if I don't like the book?
Then you leave an honest review. No story is going to be right for everyone, and I don't want to waste people's time on a book they're not going to like. Write down what you didn't like about it, so those people who are turned off by the same things can steer clear and use their time on something that will make them happy.
- Why would I do this?
Well 1) free book. 2) Helping out an author who is awesome (That's me in case you weren't aware) 3) If you leave a review - good bad or indifferent - you're welcome to also read and review the next book for free.
Any more questions, reply to this email! Otherwise, pick up the book above, and let me know what you think. Wherever possible, please leave a review before the end of October. No stress if you don't think you can finish in that time, or if you think you will, but then life gets in the way.
For those who wish to leave the review on Amazon before the launch date of October 14th, you'll need to go through the paperback version, which should be launched in the next few days.
LASTLY (I swear), I'm closing the download page on the 11th, so you have 5 days to grab your ARC copy
Happy reading,
-Ren, Author and avid reader.
