Attorney General Bob Ferguson Jumps Into Judicial Review Election Complaint Case

imageAs many of you might know, after the 2022 election recounts we discovered several ballot counting errors in Clark County. 14 counting errors were discovered within the 2,404 ballots that machine recounted by the Kent campaign and 2 ballot errors were found in the 9,471 ballots in the Benton hand recount. Of course, these errors alone wouldn't change the outcome but when you consider that these recounts only reflect less than 5% of all ballots cast, what might be found within the remaining 95% could possibly exceed 300+ ballots that weren't counted at all. Also, considering that Federal standards (Help America Vote Act) only allow one out of 500,000 ballot errors in voting systems it's no doubt that this is a serious matter that needs a deeper dive.

As a result, I filed a HAVA complaint with the Secretary of State to which the Deputy Secretary of State promptly and improperly dismissed my complaint with bogus reasonings, so I filed a petition of review with the Superior Court of Clark County.

Shortly after filing my petition, I received a letter from AG Bob Ferguson that he filed a "Notice of Appearance" which means the AG is getting involved... and it's not to support my petition but to help squash it no doubt.

A judge has been assigned and we are awaiting the SOS office to file a response before a hearing date is set.

Meantime, I'm preparing for the hearing and the more I dig in the more corruption I find. Through recent public records requests, I have no doubt that Deputy Bolerjack violated State law to perform his duty as a public officer which is a misdemeanor.

Pray and support this fight to hold Clark County elections and our Secretary of State accountable and to restore confidence in our elections.

D2 Town Hall with Councilor Belkot & Sheriff Horch On March 30thimage

Crime has been in the news often in Hazel Dell and other D2 areas and Councilor Michelle Belkot is inviting you to attend her first town hall to talk about it. Michelle has invited Sheriff John Horch to share with the public about recent efforts and the best ways to reduce crime.

Crime, homelessness, and other topics will be a point of discussion and you'll hear Councilor Belkot give an update on important developments happening in the coming months.image

In order to improve communications and give constituents more voice in their local government, Councilor Belkot promised during her campaign to hold quarterly town halls with the public and better represent the needs of D2. This townhall with being the first of many where constituents of District 2 can come and hear updates and ask questions or just be heard. Councilor Belkot & Sheriff Horch will talk about and give an update focusing on the crime and take questions from D2 constituents. Other topics that pertain to D2 issues are welcome but the priority of questions will be given to D2 residents. Respect, courtesy, and open dialogue are vital for communities to tackle the challenges our communities are facing.
