Need Your Help To Support Charter Review That Makes Sense
Oct 03, 2025 12:08 am
This week, signs have started to go up, and I could still use your help to get them up quickly. Also, if you know of great locations, let me know.
The Charter Review Commissioners are the most important elections this year, no offense to other positions, because it's "the people's" chance to change the direction of governance and shape priorities in the years to come.
This is our chance to promote accountability, prioritize public safety, and taxpayer rights in the Charter — and potentially stop proposals that would expand bureaucracy, weaken citizen initiatives, tilt the balance of power in county government, or try to bring back past failed Charter amendments like DEI office, a "woke" preamble and Ranked-Choice Voting.
PDC rules allow me to spend up to $1,000 (my own money, so I'm not asking for fiscal support, but you can still help support my other legal efforts) as an independent expenditure, which then requires me to have "paid for" statements, but has fewer limits if not supporting or opposing specific candidates, which this effort does neither.
You’ve helped me before, and I’m asking for your help again in two key ways:
Volunteer for signs – Beginning October 2, we’ll be placing 4'x8' signs throughout Clark County. I’ve got the training, materials — I just need your hands to help get them up. - I'll be putting up signs Friday from 11am-2pm and this Sat from 10am-4pm.
Check out this Facebook video that Brandon Erickson made that quickly outlines best practices in putting up 4x8 signs
Prayer: Please keep this effort in your prayers. This campaign isn’t just political — it’s about reclaiming the people’s power to shape and protect our Charter.
Please reply and let me know if you can help with signs this week or into next week. Together, we can make a real difference in these elections.
Thank you,
Rob Anderson
