David v Goliath: Will Transparency & The People's Right To Fairness Be Upheld?
This Friday, June 9th at 9AM, Clark County Superior Court Judge Retsinas will hear arguments for and against if the people will get access to the full records and documents that could show improper conduct regarding the February 7th dismissal of the election complaint filed with the Secretary of State. I believe that if discovery is allowed we'll get a further glimpse of the corruption and abuse of power at the State level. I'm confident that if all the redactions were removed we'd see our taxpayer dollars hard at work trying to block and come up with strategies to deny proper complaints from going forward
With each level of this election complaint, we've learned new levels of incompetence and corruption. First, after the recounts, were the ballot errors and the election department dismissing them since they were only "human errors." Second, we saw the Deputy Secretary of State improperly dismiss my complaint by stating falsely that my complaint wasn't notarized or contained a phone number. After I pointed out his mistake he still dismissed it because I didn't send Auditor Kimsey a courtesy copy of the complaint. I'm confident that the more I keep digging in the more issues we'll see.
Here's a statement of facts of the case so far...
1. On January 6th, 2023, Mr. Anderson filed a HAVA complaint with the Secretary of State which was marked received on January 18th, 2023.
2. On February 7, 2023, the Secretary of State dismissed Mr. Anderson's HAVA complaint based on his failure to comply with WAC 434-263-020.
3. On February 24, 2023, M.r Anderson filed his petition for review pursuant to RCW 34.05.570(3), seeking this Court's review of the Secretary of State's dismissal of his HAVA complaint.
4. On March 31, 2023, the Secretary of State filed a certified copy of the agency record and served Mr. Anderson.
5. On May 17, 2023, Mr. Anderson filed a brief in support of his petition for judicial review. This Court has yet to set a briefing schedule.
6. On May 17, 2023, Mr. Anderson sent an email to counsel for the Secretary of State, AAG Range, requesting discovery in this matter.
7. On May 18, 2023, the Secretary of State objected, explaining that the Court's review was confined to the agency record and that discovery is only allowed in circumstances outlined in RCW 34.05.562(1). Pursuant to RCW 34.05.566(6), the Secretary of State stated that it would not respond to discovery requests until Mr. Anderson obtained a Court order permitting discovery.
8. On May 18, 2023, Mr. Anderson sent this Court a letter detailing three requests for production and requesting an order compelling the Secretary of State's production of
unredacted records.
9. On May 23, 2023, Mr. Anderson filed his Brief in Support of Motion to Compel Discovery and sent a copy by email to the undersigned Assistant Attorney General. Additionally, Mr. Anderson sent a Notice of Amended Hearing, stating that his discovery motion was noted for a hearing on June 9, 2023.
10. On May 26, 2023, the Secretary of State filed a response opposing Mr. Anderson's request for discovery.
11. On May 30th, 2023, Mr. Anderson filed a response to the State’s filed response.
The 2023 version of Certified Election Observer (CEO)Training is now live here:
This would be a good refresher for all ~ about 47 minutes long and is oddly only available until June 19th.
CLICK HERE for the updated training
It is a more detailed and better training video than in past years. This would be a good refresher if you wish to take it.
For those of you who have not served since the 2021 rule change in which CEOs are not allowed to take notes, we actually recommend this refresher.
It is not required, however, if you have served as a CEO in the past 5 years.

In the dark of night on the last day of the legislative session in Washington state, Senate Democrats passed Senate Bill 5599 , a breathtaking evisceration of parental rights. The bill would allow the state to legally hide runaway children from their parents if the parents don’t consent to their child’s “gender transition” or abortion. No allegation of abuse in the household is required.

Don't delay, there is a limited amount of time to gather a large amount of signatures.
