SUPPORT MICHELLE BELKOT LEGAL FUND HERE
🎉🎉Today (11/17) is Michelle's Birthday, there's no better way to celebrate her than to support her legal fund & donate HERE.
Councilor Belkot has pursued legal counsel and has been advised her case has strong merit and will likely set precedent when fully adjudicated. This will be a long, and expensive litigation. Please consider supporting this action.
The voters of Clark County have voted to reject light rail in Clark County on three separate occasions. At the March 18, 2025 Clark County Council meeting, approximately 150 citizens were in attendance with several dozen offering public testimony. Easily 80% of those who spoke during the 2-1/2 hours of comment were there to support Michelle and oppose the actions of the other council members.
Evidence will prove this was an orchestrated hit job on Councilor Belkot. Please support our only County Councilor who is standing for her constituents, and please pray for her as this understandably has taken a toll.

🚨🚨ALERT: THIS TUESDAY (11/18) IS A BIG DAY, SPEAK UP & DEMAND ACCOUNTABLITY🚨🚨
This Tuesday, it's important that you speak up at the C-Tran meetings & County Council Meeting at 6PM. This is the first County meeting since the Skamania report revealed that several County officials violated state and county laws to improperly remove Belkot & replace her with pro-Light Rail Councilor Fuentes.
Plan to call in or show up in person & respectfully & thoughtfully push back and ask for accountability.
👉 Why did they break the law and take final actions without wanting to hear from the people on those actions?
👉 Why did they not cooperate with the Skamania investigation, why act as if you are above the law? What are you hiding?
👉 FOR C-TRAN: Ask C-Tran Board to not recognize Wil Fuentes as properly seated & review all his votes where one vote margins advanced motions.

ICYMI: Four Clark County Councilors and County Manager Refused to Cooperate — What Are They Hiding?
Last week, I shared that a new criminal investigation by the Skamania County Sheriff’s Office concludes that multiple Clark County officials — Council Chair Sue Marshall, Councilors Wil Fuentes, Glen Yung, Matt Little, and County Manager Kathleen Otto — broke the law on multiple levels during their removal of Councilor Michelle Belkot from the C-Tran Board on March 12, 2025.
But equally disturbing to the violations themselves is the stonewalling of the investigation. For nearly three months, the assigned Skamania County detective repeatedly attempted to interview the four Councilors and County Manager about their actions — and all failed to cooperate.

👉 Wil Fuentes
👉 Glen Yung
👉 Matt Little
👉 County Manager Kathleen Otto
The report notes that these officials failed to respond despite multiple requests, effectively stalling justice. Yet the same report concludes their votes were unlawful and “should be null and void.”
“The Skamania County investigation concludes that County officials — including Councilors Marshall, Yung, Fuentes, and Little, as well as County Manager Otto — broke the law on multiple levels,” said complainant Rob Anderson, who filed the criminal complaint earlier this year. “This report only begins to uncover the extent of the corruption inside Clark County government. Now that there’s evidence of clear violations, the public deserves immediate accountability — not another cover-up.”

A Pattern of Concealment
- On February 26, 2025, the Council took final action to endorse C-Tran bylaw changes that opened the door to light rail and operations funding — without listing the action on the agenda.
- On March 12, 2025, during “Councilor Reports,” the Council removed Belkot and appointed Fuentes, again without agenda notice, while restricting public comment to “agenda items only.”
- Records show Council Chair Sue Marshall was in contact with Councilors Yung and Little immediately before the March 12 meeting — the same period leading to Belkot’s removal — contradicting sworn statements that no prior communications occurred.
