Kimsey Admits To Breaking State Law - Did Stonier & Roberts Violate RCW's Too? - Reject All Six Video

imageGreg Kimsey, Clark County Auditor, Admits To Violating Campaign Law

Recently, Glen Morgan filed a complaint against Greg Kimsey which has turned out to be a direct bullseye to the point that Kimsey wrote back a mea culpa letter admitting his guilt or "error" as he puts it. Glen Morgan put forward "It has come to my attention that Clark County Auditor Greg Kimsey has violated Washington State’s campaign finance laws (RCW 42.17A) during his current reelection campaign for Clark County Auditor. The following details the specifics: 1) Concealment of the true source of $7,000 in campaign funding and/or concealment/falsification of Campaign Surplus Funds reports (Violation of RCW 42.17A.235, RCW 42.17A.240, WAC 390-16-230)

Read Kimsey's response below:

How can Clark County reward someone who can't properly document his own campaign, and this is far from his first one, by giving him four more years? Kimsey clearly has played fast and loose on many fronts and this violation of State law could just be one of many.

Did Monica Stonier and Chartisha Roberts Also Violate State Law?

image

Recently, I filed a PDC complaint on Monica Stonier (49th) and Chartisha Roberts (CCD2) because both have possibly broken the law regarding their campaigns. The first complaint I filed was against Ms. Stonier because it came to my attention that when you click on her ads in The Columbian it takes you to her taxpayer-funded public government website, which is a violation of RCW 42.17A.550 Use of public funds for political purposes. If this stands, this is a clear violation but it wouldn't be the first for Ms. Stonier who has a track record of disregarding RCW's and PDC requirements. Click HERE to watch the video submitted.

imageThe second formal complaint I filed was against Chartisha Roberts (currently running against Belkot in D2)

who reported in her 2021 school board run that she had a surplus of $8,368.71 and failed to file an end report and hasn't disclosed what she did with those surplus funds. The PDC has clear stipulations on what has to happen with surplus funds and it appears that she has violated RCW 42.17A.430 & RCW 42.17A.445. What did Chartisha do with the $8k surplus? Did she use it for personal use or other expenditures that weren't reported? At a minimum, she has been careless with her duties to report and doesn't take the reporting requirements seriously... how can she be trusted in a County government role?

The complaints should process this week and show up soon on the PDC site HERE

The Home Rule Charter has taken away power from the people and given it to an unelected bureaucracy and the administrative state here in Clark County. Last year, hardly anyone educated voters to let them know that the Home Rule Charter Committee was made up mostly ALL LEFTIST DEMOCRATS and they wanted to take more power little by little away from the people. Michelle Belkot Releases New Videos Outlining Actions On Crime, The Drug Crisis, Government Overreach, And Public Input On Decisions

image

It's refreshing to see candidates that actually spell out the actions they are planning to take on the issues that are most important to our communities. Many candidates, mostly on the Democrat side, are hiding out and not wanting to talk specifics. Still, Michelle clearly states her plans for crime, the drug crisis, reducing government overreach, and having more public input.

image

While Chartisha Roberts & Sue Marshall parties with Leftist candidates, Michelle & Don Benton are working hard to inform voters of actions they'll take to bring solutions to many of the problems that are tearing up our neighborhoods.

From Jon Anderson And The Election Integrity Team (EIT)

WA 100% Vote by Mail continues to have INHERENT SYSTEMIC ELECTION INTEGRITY HOLES that remain UNADDRESSED BY AUDITOR/ELECTIONS DEPT, LEGISLATURE, and DEM ADMINISTRATION. These plague your volunteer Certified Election Observers!

  • Reminder – Election Experts define Vote by Mail as a BROKEN CHAIN OF CUSTODY - by definition.

Auditor/Clark County Elections Dept made changes to Signature Verification Observer duty stations for this election:

  1. For the November 8 , 2022 Election, the Auditor/Elections Dept. increased poll worker staffing from 8 to 12 Sig Verif stations since they were overwhelmed at the primary election having to work overtime adding extra days to their election process schedule.
  2. Simultaneously they diluted and distanced Certified Election Observers further away from the sig verif poll worker stations (hindering CEO’s ability to see and overhear anything) while assigning observers to watch two sig verif monitors at the same time – a ridiculous impossibility for any human (4 signatures/monitor x 2 monitors = 8). They should/could have at least increased the Observer count to match the increase in staff.
  3. All observers remain muzzled with posted prohibitions NO Pencils, NO Paper, NO taking notes to submit to Election Dept. supervisors and of course NO talking.
  4. The current Voter Registration Data Base continues to lack real-time accuracy:
  5. Total     = 363, 594         Voter Registration Data Base 10/18/22
  6. ACTIVES = 45, 421           who have never voted yet receive/mailed ballots
  7. INACTIVES = 36, 461       (includes deceased) 3,932 voters are Active and get ballots but have not voted since 2012 (10 years!)
  8. 3,932    =                         Voters are Active and get ballots but have not voted since 2012 (10 years)

NEED 95% turnout to overwhelm/blunt the ‘holes and exposures’ to nefarious cheating and fraud!
