           You have been given two lives. First you have a physical life that will live eternally. The resurrection of the dead is not just for Christians, but for all people. Your body will be raised to eternal life or eternal death. Secondly, the Christian has received spiritual life. That spiritual life has undone the death from the fall that was produced by Adam’s sin. Jesus is plainly stating, the fullness of life found in spending all physical and spiritual energies in service to Him is real life. Everything else is purely spending energy on death pursuits. Kindly He has prepared good works for you to walk in today.

           Many times we make “to do” lists. Consider making “Jesus honoring good works” lists each day and see how much more you are motivated to go after those tasks. When you are serving. Your loving King, your efforts will be multiplied.
