Hi ,
Today, 18th October is World Menopause Day where the aim is to bring awareness about menopause and perimenopause. This year's theme is cardiovascular disease.
As our estrogen levels decline, we are at an increased risk of cardiovasular and circulatory diseases.
This is the time of your life to really get your act together and really put your healht first. If you have started that, well done. If you are still using the excuse that you have no discipline, it's time to drop that. Find something that will keep you accountable. This is not the time to be playing with your health. You are no longer in your 20s.
Anyhow, I am not here to mother hen you but to be that voice that will be reminding you to put your health first.
If you had indicated interest in the Perimenopause Pilot Progamme, look out for an email on Monday with details on that programme.
If you are now interested in the programme, please respond to this email since I will be putting all interested women on a separate mailing list.
That's it for now. Until then, take care.
Freedom, Happiness and Balance
Renee
