The OYV Circle is going through an exciting revamp! Here's what's up:

1️⃣ The signature OYV Circle is now a 3 months journey (instead of the previous 6 months)

Because it IS possible to speak up and show up as the confident and assertive yet empathetic and authentic leader you want to be in 3 months or less.

"Rae, since working with you, I've overcome my fear of public speaking which had been with me for 10 years!"

These comments are non uncommon. Most of my OYV coachees have been achieving their goals and overcoming their challenges within the first 2-3 months of our coaching journey.

After 3 months, their goals have transformed, and we set new goals and work towards an expanded identity aka their next-level-self.

Here's what this means for you:

• We will work together for 3 months — you'll receive a personalised roadmap on the exact weekly + daily tasks to do (both inner work and outer delivery practice). Growth happens in 1% increments, and before you know, you've evolved to be unrecognisable.
• After 3 months, you'll get the opportunity to renew our coaching relationship (for a lower cost!)

2️⃣ First month is solid 1-1 coaching time.

What's unique about the OYV Circle is you get the personalised experience of 1-1 coaching, and the community aspect of group coaching.

This isn't a change or something new per se, but I'll be *dialling up* the 1-1 touch-points you'll receive during your first 30 days in the OYV Circle.

This ensures that you'll:

• Get equipped with the OYV foundational skills to build a solid relationship with your inner voice AND greater clarity of your identity and brand.
• Receive powerful perspective shifts that will transform your presence, brand, and have you speaking with impact.
• By the end of 30 days, you would have created powerful habits, practices, and be anchored on your own personal truths, such that you can independently Own Your Voice.

Months 2 and 3 is when it gets really fun - the main focus would be to huddle together with other peeps who are also on their Own Your Voice journey. You'll still get plenty of 1-1 support through "Concierge Coaching" with me and our community telegram group.
