Today (September 22, 2026) marks the Autumnal Equinox 🍂 and this natural point of balance (when day and night are equal) offers us a powerful time to reflect and rebalance.

🍁 Balance - the balance of day and night on the equinox mirrors the state of balance within ourselves. Take the moment to listen to your energy and your body and feel what needs some rebalancing.

🍁 Letting Go - Let the leaves the trees are shedding inspire you to release what is no longer serving you.

🍁 Introspection - As the daylight wanes, energy generally shifts from outward to inward encouraging reflection and introspection. As nature composts the old, discarded leaves to make the ground more fertile, we can compost old ideas to fuel future growth.
