Writing news and chapter seven of Undertow. <3

Hey, my lovely ones! I hope you've had a restful week. I don't have too much to share, so I'll keep this email short and sweet!
What I'm writing
Yesterday, I finished my draft of Long Winter and sent it to my beta reader.
Today, I wrote the very raw and unedited chapter of Undertow I'm linking below. Sorry I procrastinated and didn't have a chance to run it by any beta readers, but I think it turned out pretty good, nonetheless! If you catch any egregious errors, feel free to let me know. ;) I'm so grateful to have the newsletter create regular deadlines so I can keep moving forward on that project, I'm having so much fun seeing where it takes us.
Tomorrow, I'll start in earnest on A Time for Roses.
That means this week I'll have worked on a contemporary MM romance, a fantasy MM romance, and an epic fantasy/space opera mashup with an MMF romantic subplot, all in one week!
Have I mentioned lately that I'm genre-confused?!
What I've been reading
I finished reading a lovely, quick read today, titled The Threefold Tie by Aster Glenn Gray. If you like novellas, historical romance, and MMF/polyamorous relationships, and you're looking for something well-written and low-angst, I encourage you to check it out.
Chapter Eight of Undertow!
Here it is, this week's chapter!
