At Quinte Business Accounting, we've been serving the community for over 28 years and we pride ourselves on being a destination for expert advice and support for local businesses. Recently, we conducted a survey to understand what we can do better to serve our clients and the community as a whole. After reviewing the results, one thing became clear: communication is key. We heard from many of you that you would like to see better customer service and communication from us during tax season and throughout the year.
We're pleased to announce that we've taken your feedback to heart and made changes to our customer service and communication processes. We now have dedicated customer service representatives who are available to answer your questions and concerns, and we're committed to keeping you informed every step of the way.
We also understand the importance of ongoing communication, so we've implemented regular pulse checks with our clients to ensure that we're always providing the best service possible. We believe that by listening to our clients and making changes based on their feedback, we can create a better experience for everyone.
