First business meeting was a success! - - I can’t say how excited I am about something that I have been dreaming about for 2 years now. It is definitely nerve racking & scary to say the least to create something during these times ?but it’s beyond worth it! I am very thankful for my man Noah coming along side of me with a similar vision and I also couldn’t make this happen without the help of Cole & Gordon! #dreambig #enjoytheprocess

I believe everyone is at their best version of themselves when they pursue something that gives them joy & is in a environment that makes their gifts even better. The reason is because every human can tangibly catch and see a persons joy and the love of what they are doing. And see true joy... it spreads like a wildfire; it’s contagious:) - - I realize that I am only 21 and life hits a lot harder when “the time” comes to figure out what you are going to do for the rest of your life. Though through a lot of struggling I’ve been able to find some things that I’m passionate about and that gives me joy to wake up each day to pursue. Here are some things that have helped me and hopefully can give you some help as well - - 1. Try Everything- it’s as simple as tasting food. You don’t know if you like it until you try it 2. Write down your top 5-10 things you love doing- then narrow it down 3. Find an environment that brings out your best gifts & makes you feel good 4. LEARN- read/watch/listen to the people that are doing something you are interested in 5. Enjoy the process- realize that everyday life is a process, each day is a day to grow & know that everyone never has it all figured out Feel free to save this or share this with someone that could help them ??

I had the amazing opportunity today to meet the owner Tara of @causecoffeekc I really had no intention other than just checking this coffee shop out from a friends recommendation. It ended up being one of the best things I’ve ever done. We made conversation and bonded over our love for coffee and people. Tara created the nonprofit “Cause Coffee” with the vision to give help and hope to the 147 million+ humans that are in slavery and have no homes. With everything going on in the chaos in today’s world it gives me hope that we have someone like Tara! She is an example of how I am impressed by more women each day of how she is started this business to make in impact in peoples lives and that she is pursuing her passion out of love and hasn’t let anything stopped her(not even Covid). - - I am so excited to share her story in a couple weeks of her journey of creating this coffee nonprofit business on the podcast so everyone can get a little glimpse and inspiration of Tara’s heart:)
