When accomplishing your goals one of the most important things is being in environment that fuels you not brings you down One thing I wish I learned earlier was to find people and places that I could heal and thrive in... 3 ways to find a better environment 1. Reflect on how you feel with the people closest around you. Do you feel positive, encouraged and challenged? If not then that is a sign to find people who do that 2. Is the workplace or the place you are in give you energy to pursue your goals and things you want to accomplish. Ex: My best environment is closed off away from most people so I can focus and think. 3. Are you the person that is creating a negative environment? This one is the most scariest at least for me and not talked about as much. Sometimes our biggest enemy is us because 99.9% of the time fear is created in OUR minds. So by beating this could be a lot of self reflection, treating yourself to things that make you happy, maybe prayer or meditation. Sometimes the most important things to you are right in front of you:) - - - I’ve realized for me it’s easy to get distracted with my work and goals I want to accomplish. And there’s nothing wrong with being ambitious and hard working but as long as they don’t consume what’s most important in life. It’s been a huge learning phase for me this year and a lot of reality checks. Though I am so thankful for these 2 that remind me of what’s most important and that it is okay to relax and be a kid sometimes
