Happy Fryday the 13th! 

On the second scariest day of November, we invite you to make your own luck with these somewhat healthy(?) dank cheesy fries by Priscilla Hwang! Do be careful when cutting the potato though (We are somewhat superstitious.) 

Economists have referred to TikTok’s Hype House (if you don’t know what this is, count yourself lucky) as a prime example of knowledge spillover. The same phenomenon is in its early stages within our very own community. Some of the best college creators have been living together and feeding off of each other’s chef energy to create some of the tastiest meals out there. They call themselves THE COTTAGE. Here is their work in action with Kasia’s pear recipe (approved by Olivia Dulai, another cottage member.) 

It is that time. Your Supreme Chef of the Land is Elliot Suen!!! Elliot is the head chef at THE COTTAGE, and one of the most active group members to date.

The master’s take on food? “Whenever I see a new recipe, my first thought is always on what I can modify to make this dish mine and to fit its flavors to my tastes.” This is exemplified in his pasta with a fall twist.

Stay hungry my friends, but only metaphorically.
