There are few things in life as satisfying as the perfect cheese tear. Whether it brings you back to Olive Garden dinners, croads late nights, or any other wholesome event, relive that feeling with this recipe.

Our next meal was one of the first recipes ever posted on Provecho (back in July). Kyralai, aka Boolerai, blew our minds with this one, so we had to let it resurface. She bools out in the kitchen, and so could you, with this incredibly delicious Vitnemese sando.

Fluffiness, yumminess, tastiness? All great attributes of a recipe to make a mark with the Provecho judges. Mix in some chia while maintaining vegan status and you’ve got yourself a title.
