Every week before Product Coffee, I comb through the questions that people ask when they register for our events. This week, I got this really fun question. I won't call out the person who asked (unless you tell me I can), but I really would love to collect some stories on this:
"What was one of your most difficult situations as a product manager and how did you - if you did - overcome it?"
