This week we will be talking about a book that has been recommended as a must-have for any Product Manager by many product people - Inspired: How to Create Tech Products Customers Love (Second Edition) by Marty Cagan. In this book, Marty talks about various topics related to Product Management like Product Vision, Product Roadmaps, Product Objectives, OKRs and various Product discovery techniques. He talks about having the right People, Product and Process to develop products that customers love. We will be having a book club style discussion on this book.

About the Author:


Marty Cagan is the founder of Silicon Valley Product Group. He began his career working for HP Labs doing research on software technology and built several software products for developers. Later, he served as a product executive at Netscape Communications and eBay. He is invited frequently to speak at major conferences and top companies.


There are plenty of books on product management out there but few have reached the critical mass of acclaim that is enjoyed by Marty Cagan's "Inspired."


The program begins at 8 AM, but you can join as early as 7:30 AM for extra networking if you like!
