Good morning ,
This week, Product Coffee is on Friday! We're back with session 3 in our Pragmatic Institute @ Product Coffee series!
(And read to the bottom for early registration for next week's Product Coffee, too)
Since February 19, we’ve been tackling some of the biggest challenges in product management and marketing. We’ll continue to show you some tips and tricks for strategic product planning, finding the right product strategies, getting buy-in for your product plans and sharing your product vision with your organization.
Session 3: Distinctive Competencies
Friday, April 16
What are the things your organization is uniquely good at? Hint: It may not be what the marketing or sales departments think they are. Why do they matter?
During this session Pragmatic instructor Steve Gaylor will share a process for determining your distinctive competencies and how to use them to
- Evaluate new opportunities,
- Create competitive advantage
- Guide build, buy, or partner decisions
The program begins at 8 AM, but you can join as early as 7:30 AM for extra networking if you like!
Once you register, we'll share details for the Zoom meeting.
And next week, join us at our regular time for a book-club style discussion of Marty Cagan's Inspired!
