What is this "magic wand" that we're talking about?

A pelvic wand is used primarily for the treatment and management of pelvic floor dysfunction, which can include issues like pelvic pain, muscle tension, and trigger points within the pelvic floor muscles. They can be used for pain relief, to improve muscle function, help with sexual function, be part of birth prep and postpartum recovery, as well as a few other uses.

It's important to consult with a healthcare provider or pelvic floor therapist before starting to use a pelvic wand to ensure it's appropriate for your specific condition but using a pelvic wand can be a valuable tool for managing pelvic floor dysfunction!
