Hi Super Friends,

Most of you are on our email list because you have worked with us in different ways including classes, nutrition or therapy sessions. One thing clients tell us all the time are things like:

"I never knew this was a THING?!?"

"Why didn't my doctor send me for this right away?"

"I wish I had known about this sooner!"

We created this class for all the people who still have not benefited from know what the heck a pelvic floor is.

This class will include:

• A free pelvic health screening - you keep your clothes on, don't worry
• Review of important concepts - all the parts and their function
• Answer your questions in a safe and private way (anonymous Q&A session)

We'll be hosting a class called "Intro to Pelvic Health" at Zen Landing in November!

We'd love for you to join us if you still haven't joined over here on the "dark side." If you're a pelvic floor expert at this point, please consider sharing with your friends and family!
