Adopting a structured approach to identifying key stakeholders will ensure a comprehensive understanding of all perspectives and needs. This will, in turn, help in accurately defining project requirements and objectives, preventing oversight of critical viewpoints.

A structured approach also minimizes risks related to missed or misunderstood requirements, leading to more successful project outcomes. Regularly updating stakeholder analysis is crucial to adapt to changes and maintain alignment with the project's evolving context and goals.
