The Product Marketing Manager tasked Tara with analyzing customer feedback for a new product launch.


Eager to impress, Tara created an intricate BPMN diagram, detailing every step of the customer journey.


While Tara's diagram was great from a technical standpoint, it puzzled the Product Marketing Manager.


'Tara, the process diagram looks great, but how does this process flow tell me how the customers and market feel about the newly launched product?' he asked.


Tara realized she had focused so much on showcasing her BPMN skills that she had missed the actual goal - understanding customer opinions.


Perhaps a simple sentiment or thematic analysis would have provided more appropriate and insightful results.
