Today is the day to showcase one of our candidates (let's call him Mr A) we will do this each week to honour our commitment to excellence not only to our customers but also to our candidates. COVID is affecting many jobs, we are doing our bit to help candidates as much as we can - I hope you agree.

Our candidate combines the skills and expertise of project management, operations management and leadership. He is a former Army Officer with an MBA, an in-depth knowledge of commercial competence and acumen and is highly regarded. He has a track record of achievement and is a natural and very experienced team player and leader.
Most recently he was an Executive Operations Director for a renewable energy business, having turned around their large R&D project to develop, manufacture and build a new generator for the offshore wind sector - a project that many external observers commented could not be achieved. He proved them wrong and successfully delivered that generator, for which he received enormous acclaim.
Prior to that, we parachuted him in to take over the leadership and control of a factory relocation project when it looked like the project could not succeed. In a superb example of project management he completed it on time, in budget and with no manufacturing days lost . A tremendous result given the starting point that he inherited.
