As part of our Veteran Connection Feature Friday series we begin today with PTSD Resolution. A charity that helps Veterans, Reservists and families who are struggling to reintegrate into a normal work and family life because of trauma experienced during service in the Armed Forces.
PTSD Resolution is a community-based programme with treatment and support provided locally through a nationwide network of 200 therapists. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority providing counselling to those who need it.
PTSD Resolution helps Veterans and Reservists to resolve the mental health problems associated with Military trauma that obstruct a normal range of family and work relationships.
You can signpost anyone who may be struggling with emotional or behavioural problems to PTSD Resolution.

Trauma Workshops are also available to understand exactly what PTSD is and how it affects people. A workshop by PTSD Resolution is a vital resource and one that is highly recommended. It can help to recognise post-traumatic symptoms in ourselves and others and to identify and implement self-help and support strategies to address difficulties both at home and in the workplace.
