Feature Friday: Togetherall

Hi

As part of our Feature Friday series, this week we are delighted to highlight Togetherall.

This is an online service providing access to millions of people with anxiety, depression and other common mental health issues.

Togetherall is an online 24/7 community and an anonymous, peer-2-peer platform supporting a range of mental wellbeing issues, including anxiety, depression, and isolation. Supporting immediate and longer-term mental health or situational distress, providing the security to feel more in control of emotional health.

Togetherall is monitored 24/7 by Mental Health Professionals and provides:

Community: Forums where people help people. Drawings tools to enable the creative expression of difficult emotions.

Courses: Self-guided courses covering mental health and lifestyle topics.

Resources: Library of articles to learn skills and improve your wellbeing. Self-assessments to understand more about yourself and features to track progress.

Togetherall seeks to help people flourish in their wellbeing and reach their best mental health. Courses provided are based on the principles of CBT and are taken at the members’ own pace. There are interactive group discussions for members who are part of that course, along with online journaling and action trackers addressing issues that can affect us all such as PTSD, OCD and depression.

Togetherall works with the MOD and NHS England to support serving personnel, reservists, veterans and family members aged 16+, who can access the Togetherall Support Network for Free. Just visit Togetherall.com and select ‘Register’ at the top and select ‘I am part of the Armed Forces Community’.

Please share with your network and staff, you may know someone who could benefit from registering with Togetherall.

Stay well and stay connected.
