Hi everyone,
I just wanted to let you know that I had a small back procedure last week and I’m not quite ready to return to work just yet. I’ve decided to take my own advice and rest up properly for one more week, definitely the sensible option!
The lovely Lisa Verge will be covering tonight. Lisa is very experienced and is really looking forward to teaching you. Please do still come along if you can, keeping consistent is so important, and I think Lisa might even go a little easier on you, she did say she’s keen to stretch you all out! 😄Enjoy that lol.
