Dear healer friends,

We are at the end of the Rat year. Have you started the year-end house cleaning? Out with the old and stagnant energy and make space for something better and meaningful in your life. It is a constant struggle for me to keep the house clean despite kids, pets, craft supplies, and film equipment. But once I clean out even just a corner, I always feel renewed instantly.

The other simple way to prepare for the lunar new year is to add festive colors such as red and gold to your space. And display some positive images or words (calligraphy) as inspiration or affirmation.
