Happy Valentine's Day, plus 1 Chinese herbal formula to share

Happy Valentine's Day!

Many people are still getting sick from colds, flu, and covid these days. I like to share one Chinese herbal formula for Covid from the Taiwanese government. This is not a secret formula and more people should know about it.

The herbal formula is called "Qing Guan Yi Hao" 清冠一號, NRICM 101, or Respire Aid. Here are the main Chinese herbs:

Fang Feng, Jing Jie, Ban Lan Gen, Gua Lou Shi, Ho Po, Huang Qin, Bo He, Zhi Gan Cao, San Ye, Yu Xin Cao.

The dosage is between 5-15 grams each depending on the herbs.

The herbal formula is just another choice to treat Covid. The best way to fight Covid, flu, or cold is to build up your own immune system through proper nutrition, exercise, washing your hands, and masking up.
