Hey, Street Team!
I'm currently immersed in editing my WIP. That means that this is the perfect time to share my latest short story with y'all:
Madcaps: 1989.
This is a prequel for Madcaps and takes place inside of the TV cartoon the series is based around.
Details below:
In what would turn out to be the last episode of the classic cartoon Madcaps, Dr. Doomstayer builds one invention that surpasses his others: a portal to another world, a world that defies screenwriting conventions and would allow him to do anything he likes.
But Dr. Doomstayer wants more than freedom. After tricking plucky heroine Mary Madcaps into visiting his mansion alone, he lures her down into his lab to try to bring her along on his new adventure.
Unfortunately, Mary isn't as willing to play along as he planned.

Author News
After launching two new fantasy endeavors back to back, I'm taking a (very) temporary break from fantasy writing right now to revisit some alien rock star romance.
This break has been welcome, and I can't wait to share the cover and some advance details in my next newsletter.
Ciao!
