I am very excited to welcome Rebecca Lyons, from the Busy woman's garden, as our first guest speaker in our community group on FB.

And for those of you not on FB, I will edit and post it on Youtube shortly after.

She will share with us how gardening brought her calm and clarity.

3rd of December

Winter Nurture Day

A wonderful nurturing day, to relax and replenish. I teamed up with Rona who will lead deep relaxation and restorative yoga sessions while I will guide you to reflect on what you want and need this holiday season.
