Hi ,
I’ve just published a new blog post that’s close to my heart:
“Why Overdiagnosis Is NOT the Problem with ADHD”
There’s still so much misunderstanding out there, not just about ADHD and neurodivergence, but also about what all people actually need to live well and feel good in their bodies, minds, and relationships.
The truth is, I’ve had the privilege recently of working with a wide variety of clients:
🌿 men and women who felt lost and overwhelm in their lives
🌿 ADHD employees and managers within the NHS, councils, Universities...
🌿 Incredible self-employed entrepreneurs who are juggling too much
And despite the range of roles and responsibilities, I’ve noticed something beautiful:
we’re all facing surprisingly similar challenges.
Overwhelm, burnout, difficulty balancing work and life, they don’t discriminate.
But the more we understand how our brains (and bodies) function, especially for those of us with ADHD or neurodivergent traits, the more empowered we are to make aligned and healthy choices in every area of life.
This is exactly why I continue my own journey of self-development too — and why Biodanza has become such an anchor for me.
Through movement, connection, and music, Biodanza helps me regulate my nervous system, reconnect with who I am at my core, and support both my physical and mental health in ways that feel joyful and sustainable.
💚 It’s been a game-changer, not just for my well-being, but for how I show up in my work, my parenting, and my life.
So I want to invite you to experience it too.
To mark Mental Health Awareness Week, I’m offering a FREE online Biodanza session with my dear friend Hülya on:
Sunday 12th May
Time: 8pm
Open to all – no experience needed.
It’s a chance to take a breath, move your body, and nourish your soul ... from the comfort of your own space.
PLUS: I’ve got more in-person workshops coming up in June in both Milton Keynes and London ... stay tuned for dates and details!
In the meantime, I’d love for you to check out the blog, share it if it resonates, and as always, feel free to get in touch.
With love,
Peggy x
