Arrive from 6:45 PM – Session runs 7:00-8:30 PM
Doors will be locked shortly after 7:00 PM, so please arrive on time!
No choreography, no steps to learn—just music, movement, and a chance to reconnect with yourself in a fun, mindful way.
Comfortable clothes and a bottle of water is all you need!
Come as you are and bring a friend if you’d like!
