I lost a friend...

Hi ,

These last few weeks have been intense and it all came to a pause on wednesday when a dear friend passed away unexpectedly.

I have therefore decided to cancel my Masterclass. I will be doing a live on how to work within your own energy boundaries when life throws you unexpected curve balls.

I also wanted to share with you the beauty of my friend Pip's life who left this earth as she lived, quiet, gentle yet powerful. She touched many people's lives by being her true self, sharing her dancing like an angel.

Until I see you all again, I am sending you lots of love. Find a moment with what you are grateful for in your life.
