Welcome to Week 1 of the Put You First Reset.
You’ve already done the hardest part — saying “yes” to yourself. This week is about why you said yes. Before we dive into the doing, we need to reconnect with what’s driving you and what you truly want for your life — not what others expect from you.
Here’s how we’re starting:

- Purpose: Why do you need this reset right now? What’s pulling at you to slow down, reassess, or start fresh?
- Prioritize: What does it look like to choose you — in real life, not just in theory?
- Protect: How will you guard your peace and your time this week?
Remember, this isn’t about doing the 21 activities perfectly — it’s about noticing how it feels to put yourself first, even in small ways.
Take a deep breath. You don’t have to fix everything — just start showing up for you.
This week’s challenge:
Pick three of the “Put You First” activities from your PDF that align with these principles *the PDF is located in the community*. Do them with intention. Write down how each one made you feel.
