The most productive week of my year

Hey ,


How was your January? It gets a bad rap for feeling like the longest month of the year, but honestly… I had a great one! Maybe it was the snow days, the 40-day fast I started, or just that new year, new focus energy.


Whatever it was—it worked, and last week was the perfect culmination of it all:

✔️ Launched my website

✔️ Started my blog & published 3 articles

✔️ Went viral-ish on Threads

✔️ Closed my Apple Fitness rings every day

✔️ Finally finished our family budget & life vision

✔️ Got a bonus at work


None of this was on my official to-do list, but I did make a few intentional shifts:

✨ In bed by 10 PM every night

✨ No alcohol or THC (14 days strong!)

✨ Deleted Instagram & TikTok from my phone
