• Ice dams – large icicles or peeling paint near ceilings?
• Basement – damp spots from snow melt?
• Pipes – leaks under sinks or in the basement?
• Gutters & downspouts – draining properly away from the foundation?
• Exterior vents – clear of snow buildup?
