• Roof age is getting more underwriting attention

• Higher deductibles are becoming more common

• Water damage remains the most frequent home claim

• Rebuilding costs are still elevated

• Auto repairs continue to be expensive

None of this is meant to alarm — but it does make periodic coverage reviews more important.
