Hi ,
The last chance to join my next online course is here. Cultivating Authentic Communication starts tomorrow, so if you're on the fence about whether or not the class is for you, take a moment to check out a preview below.
(And, something totally unrelated: see further below for my most recent Dharma Talk, "Revealing the Clear Mind.")
Our class will explore themes such as:
- Asking for what you want in a way that considers others
- Integrating needs for autonomy / space and connection
- Being real without being hurtful
- Being kind without abandoning your truth
- Saying no and setting limits with love
- Harnessing the clarity of anger without burning bridges
In addition to the live sessions with Q&A, the course includes:
- 18 guided meditations on authenticity and healing
- Correspondence with me and our amazing course assistants
- Weekly practice assignments and journal topics
- 100+ pages of unpublished writing
- Optional weekly calls with a practice buddy
- Lifetime access to course recordings
- Continuing Education Credits for many professions
Class starts tomorrow (Feb 16) and meets Wednesdays from 4 – 5:30pm PT. If you can't make it live, all of the sessions are recorded and available as video, audio or written transcript.

And finally, since I really don't like sending out these marketing-type emails, I wanted to include something that's just about connecting supporting you.
I've posted one of my talks from the most recent meditation retreat I taught on my website here. I hope you enjoy it.
Warmly,
Oren
