How to Stay Balanced During the Election

Many of the people I speak to today are anxious, stressed or overwhelmed. On top of all that’s happened this year, the tension and uncertainty around the US election can be hard to bear.

 

The more we can handle our own stress, the more available we are to help others. And if we can stay centered and grounded during a crisis, we can respond more effectively.


If you'd like some support with this, I’m offering several free meditation events before and after the election.


Join me for a pre-election meditation on Monday, November 2, a half-day of practice on Sunday November 8, or a post-election meditation on Monday November 9.

 

Each session will include instructions, guided meditation, and time for Q&A. In keeping with the Buddhist tradition, I offer them freely.
